Studio Policies
I greatly appreciate your business. In order for me to best serve you and my other lovely clients please be advised of the following policies.
Deposit
A $50 deposit is required to book your appointment. The $50 will be applied towards the cost of your treatment at the time of your service. No-shows and late cancellations will result in forfeiting the deposit.
Arrival Time
Please aim to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after your scheduled time, your service may be shortened and you will still be charged the full service cost. Your appointment may be canceled if your arrival is 15 minutes past your start time. If you know you will be running late please give me a ring or shoot me a text to keep the appointment. *Please note the first visit will run longer than the posted service time so please keep that in mind when scheduling.
Changing Your Appointment
24 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment. No-shows and late cancellations will result in a forfeit of your deposit. Reschedules and cancellations before the 24-hour mark can be completed via the booking software online, or just shoot me a text and I can take care of it!
Gratuity (please read!)
One of my goals at the Skin Studio is to be fully transparent with my guests, especially with my pricing. This is why I have implemented a “no tipping” policy. While gratuities are always greatly appreciated, I think it leads to a lot of confusion and anxiety from a client’s perspective and that’s the last thing I want anyone to experience in my space (especially since I am anxious Nervous Nellie). I want everything to be crystal clear when it comes to what guests should expect and that includes the pricing. “What you see is what you get”, or I guess I should say “What you see is what you pay”. Also, if you’ve heard my story of WHY I started in this industry, you will understand the value I get from a genuine “THANK YOU”. That would definitely be the greatest form of gratuity I can receive and I will work my hardest to earn that from you.
